3/13是我的生日。今年的生日慶祝，我只想跟對我來說很重要的人們共渡。我的親友，弱勢的孩子，還有我自己。

我辦了一個品酒晚餐會，與一群陪我度過種種喜怒哀樂的女朋友們共食飲嗔癡。今晚，我會在台中啓明學校與一群視覺障礙的孩子們共渡，並給他們我所有的愛。這週末，我則要與我母親前往法鼓山禪修。

在環遊世界，體驗了許多之後，我發現世上最珍貴的東西，就是我與人之間的連結，包括我與我的心的連結。這些連結給了我力量和意義，也是我在人世上一直尋求的答案。

2. 希望我與我愛的家人們都可以健健康康眼睛永遠得看見。

For my birthday celebrations this year, I only want to do things that nourish my connections to people who are important to me. To my dearest friends, to the most needed, and to my soul.

I had a lovely dinner and wine tasting party with only my girlfriends last night. Tomorrow, I will speak in the School for the Visually Impaired to encourage, inspire and give all my love to the kids that are blind or near-blind. This weekend, I will then go to a beautiful temple with my mom for an intense meditation retreat.

Having traveled the world and experienced everything, I found out that the single most precious thing I treasure is human connections, including how I connect to my inner divine. It empowers me and defines me. It holds the answer to my quest.
